Current Openings

Delivery Assistant - Brainerd, MN

 Days:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Start time varies but approximately 7 am until the route is completed
  • Part-time if working year-round (up to 30 hours/week).  Summer only staff will work more hours.

Duties:

  • You must be able to move 165 lbs. kegs up and down stairs utilizing a two-wheeled hand cart.
  • The responsibilities include assisting the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs.
  • Class A Commercial License is not required however if you possess a current clean Class A Commercial License and current medical examiners certificate you may be eligible for hourly bonus pay.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess a current and clean (within company standards) driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting of 20–40 lbs. and occasionally up to 165 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Possess or have the ability to possess a forklift safety certificate
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers

Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening.

Assistant Driver - Sauk Rapids (FT)

Full-time position with a very competitive benefits package

Days:

  • Monday through Friday – generally 6:30 am until completed (typically before 5 pm).

Duties:

  • You must be able to move 165 lbs. kegs up and down stairs utilizing a two-wheeled hand cart.
  • The responsibilities include assisting the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs and other duties as assigned by supervision.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess a current clean (within company standards) Class A Commercial Driver’s License or a clean driving record (within company standards) with the ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License within a reasonable period of time (the company will assist and train with driving portion)
  • Possess a current medical examiners certificate or have the ability to obtain a medical examiners certificate as part of the pre-employment process
  • Demonstrated ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting of 20–40 lbs. and occasionally up to 165 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Possess or have the ability to possess a forklift safety certificate
  • Ability to do basic math computations
  • Ability to accurately process delivery documentation and be detailed oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers

Must pass strength test, background check and drug screening.

Delivery Assistant - Sauk Rapids, MN

Days:

  • Tuesday through Friday
  • You can work 1 to 3 days per week.  However, you must be available for the entire day on the day(s) you are able to work.
  • Start time varies but approximately 6:30 am until the route is completed (typically by 5:00 pm)
  • Part-time if working year-round (up to 30 hours/week).  Summer only staff will work more hours.

Duties:

  • You must be able to move 165 lbs. kegs up and down stairs utilizing a two-wheeled hand cart.
  • The responsibilities include assisting the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs.

Merchandising Position (PT)

 Job Description

  • Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with C & L Distributing brands in retail stores.
  • Merchandising needs to be completed Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings.
  • Although hours are not guaranteed, you will typically work about 4-8 hours each weekend.

Required Skills

  • Lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly as well as stoop, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use 2 wheel carts.
  • Valid Class D driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record that meets company standards.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently in a productive manner.

Must pass pre-employment physical, strength test, background check and drug screening.

Wage Rate:  $14/hour.  Plus mileage reimbursement.
