Part-time Position – Sauk Rapids and Brainerd, MN
Tuesday through Friday
You can work 1 to 3 days per week. However, you must be available for the entire day on the day(s) you are able to work.
Start time varies but approximately 6:30 am until the route is completed (typically by 5:00 pm)
Part-time if working year-round (up to 30 hours/week). Summer only staff will work more hours.
You must be able to move 165 lbs. kegs up and down stairs utilizing a two-wheeled hand cart.
The responsibilities include assisting the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs.
Class A Commercial License is not required however if you possess a current clean Class A Commercial License and current medical examiners certificate you may be eligible for hourly bonus pay.
Possess a current and clean (within company standards) driver’s license.
Demonstrated ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting of 20 – 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 165 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Possess or have the ability to possess a forklift safety certificate
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, strength test, background check and drug screening.
Wage Rate: $14.00 per hour; negotiable with experience

Merchandising Position – Part-time
Part-time Position – Hutchinson MN
Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with C & L Distributing brands in retail stores.
Merchandising needs to be completed Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings.
Although hours are not guaranteed, you will typically work about 4 hours each weekend.
Lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly as well as stoop, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to use 2 wheel carts.
Valid Class D driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record that meets company standards.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
Ability to work independently in a productive manner.
Must pass pre-employment physical, strength test, background check and drug screening.
Wage Rate: $12.50/hour – negotiable with experience. Plus mileage reimbursement.
