Current Openings
Seasonal Warehouse Picker - Sauk Rapids
Potential Shifts/Weekly Hours:
$19.50/hour plus incentive pay potential
- Sunday availability required (only 2 Sundays per month) – noon until picking is completed – anticipated to be around 5 pm & Monday through Thursday – 1 pm until picking is completed (typically by midnight) hours will vary.
- Seasonal = summer work only
Delivery Assistant - PT & Seasonal Positions - Brainerd
Potential Shifts/Weekly Hours:
- Year round & seasonal summer positions available.
- 2 – 3 days/week. Tuesday – Friday.
- Up to 30 hours per week.
- Generally start at 6:30 am until done (typically 4:30 pm)
- Weekend/evening hours may be available, if interested.
- More than 30 hours per week for seasonal summer positions

Job description
Pay: S19.00/hour
Duties: Assist the driver with loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer’s defined expectations and/or requirements. Assist with checking product in at each account to ensure that products and quantities being delivered are accurate. Manual product handling is required. A detailed job description is available upon request.
Essential Qualifications:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (within company standards).
-Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 lbs., up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart.
-Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate.
-Ability to communicate effectively as to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers.
-Ability to arrive to work on time for all scheduled shifts and complete required work before leaving.
-Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and co-workers.
-Ability to follow policies and procedures.
-Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
-Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (including THC/cannabis/CBD).
